Treatment

As I have posted on here before, I have had bad palpitations since having anxiety and my main goal is to get my heart palpitations under control as they are driving me nuts. I am trying to treat my anxiety naturally, and over the past week the anxiety has not been bad at all. My question is how long do you think it will take to get the palpitations under control once I have my anxiety under control?

Hey,
I agree that if you can get on top of the anxiety the palpitations should settle down.  Of course if you're feeling calmer and they haven't gone then would be worth being checked for something else but most likely to be secondary to anxiety - that's really common!
I'm doing a blog at panicrelief.co.uk where I'm trying to share some mof my experiences of panic and anxiety and look at what's out there to help. Take a look and let me know if you find anything helpful.  I'll be updating it regularly.
All the best

I would think your heart palpitations will subside along with your anxiety, as this is what causes them.  Deep breathing exercsises help with these as well.  Heart palpitations are an indicator (one of many) of how bad our anxiety is, so easing your anxiety should stop these.  Keep moving forward, I'm happy to hear you are doing so well!
