Uh oh..... Missed a dose...

Just realized tonight I was completely out of Lexapro 10mg! I swear I had more samples the dr gave me but guess not. Am I going to experience anything bad from one night of missing my 10mg tablet? I just took a Klonopin to help chill me out. I know I'll be fine. But 1st thing on the morning I'm calling the drs office and asking for more samples. Thanks guys.

You really are an inspiration bec.I see that you really are a strong person and again i'm happy that your doing so well.We will get threw the FUNK!! LOL....And yes thank goodness for the benzos bec.it really helps.Keep me posted.So does your anxiety go all the way away?while on the lex or does the benzo help more?

Thanks Monica! I do pretty good. I really do pretty good without meds too. But when I get in a BAD funk that I KNOW a little benzo isnt going to help me get through it. I jump on the HELP TRAIN. And get on an anti-depressant for a while, then wean off.. then wean off the benzo. I'm also in therapy and this is helping greatly. I really don't worry about the side effects either. If I can put up with anxiety, I'm not scared of feeling a little dizzy, or brain zaps. Bring em on. lol. =P

Well i'm happy to see when you missed a dose you where fine.Because when i forgot to take it at 9am and took it at eleven.I was fine that first day but,the next was terrible.I still take the .5 adavan bec.it makes me feel better.No body symptoms.So before i start a new thread on your page,I'm gonna go post my own.Tell me what you think.But,again,I'm glad your doing well on this.Keep us posted.

By now you'll know if missing a single dose affects you? I have 'forgotten' to take my Effexor 150mg for almost a week~I felt like death as a result. I'd had an accident & had other meds at the time, which distracted my attention to the AD's. After being advised to take 75mg for a couple of days I was 'normal' again. Most of the Ad's I've been prescribed say on the leaflet that comes with them, to just take the dose asp ~ but that's probably when only a single dose has been missed?Hope you don't run out of your meds again.
