I am very happy to hear that you are getting some help and that it seems to be working already! That is great news.
You can get lots of great advice and ideas here about dealing with your Anxiety Disorder, and also your OCD, but you might also want to check out the OCD Forum and talk to the folks over there. The people there are really nice and have been dealing with OCD for years..............some have dealt with it all their lives.
Again, I am glad this has turned out so positive for you and hope to see you posting!
You know we all wish you the very best!

That is good that you got diagnosed, so you now can focus on treatment. In my experience with this, the most important thing I did was to seek counseling to learn about it. As with anything, gaining the knowledge about it will enable to you to deal with it. Do you have access to a good therapist?
