Hi again. I never went to the doctor back then but this year (2013) i did have a heart scare and had blood tests, xrays and ecg's done and everything was great.... Ended up being a side effect to a new medication i started. How nice it is knowing my heart is strong.

In my experience with anxiety, it is one of my most common symptoms/feelings that I get when worried. Anxeity can manifest itself in almost any way possible in my opinion.  Why not talk to your doctor about it and then go get some help for anxiety?  Have you had issues with anxiety in the past?  Have you been under a lot of stress lately?

Hi Love... I've have had the same experience over the years. It's really scary isn't it??!! It seems to happen to me when i get overly excited. I remember it first happened when i was 17. I always expected  my chest to literaly explode but it NEVER did and I always recovered quickly. Go see your healthcare professional and get it all checked out and i'm sure you will get the all clear... All the best Brett

I would suggest you make an appointment with a Medical doctor and be checked out for any underlying health problems that may or may not be associated with anxiety.

Good luck to you
