Feeling anxious after workout

Hi! Im 22. I have sone anxious issues for about 2 years now (im on some meds). Most of the time im fine. Recently I've been trying to lose some weight and started working out. I've done some pushups and everything was good (I felt normal). But the next day I felt pain in my chest similar to when I was anxious. Any way I can get rid of that? This pain is lasting now for like 5 days now. I don't worry about anything rather than the fact that I feel bad.

I also started my summer job where I stand alot od time and walk.

It was the pushups, probably.  When you start a new activity, especially involving resistance, you get sore.  Push ups would make that part of your upper body sore if you're not used to them or if you overdid it.  Try building up more slowly.
