FYI alot of dr's give discounts to patients who don't have health insurance. Hope it helps!

Hi and welcome to Medhelp.  My mom and all her siblings were born and raised in Berea, Ky.  I 'm sure you know where that is, if fact its probably pretty close to where you are. Can you count on your fiancee and family to help you get the help you need.  It sounds to me like your meds could be interacting with each other. Do you have one Dr who is prescribing all your meds?  This could be affecting you in a big way. No drugs or alcohol, right?  Maybe your oxygen level is not what it should be.  Is someone monitoring it for you? Really, a trip back to the Dr is what you need first and ASAP.

You are not going crazy! People that go crazy do not fear the thought of going crazy. You are going to be okay take a some deep breathes. I would get to the doc asap, with or without insurance, it's important that you do. If you want to feel better ever you need to go. In the meantime you will be in my prayers. Let us no how you are doing.

I wouldn't say you were going crazy. I would say you need to get checked out and then maybe they can begin treating all your problems. When grouped all as one it sounds a lot worse. But try handle them one at a time. Start with the worse of all. Get that seen to first of. Then work out what comes next on the list. I know the seeing of things and moving objects would be my first port of call. Yes it will probably mean a lot of exams and a lot of medication. Few different sorts anyway. But it is nothing that can't be treated.
