anxiety new mom well yes my little one is now 18 when we got her home i look at this cute little thing and my mind went everywhere . enjoy your baby you know what he needs your body and mind will tell you good luck
Fist of all, congratulations on the precious new baby. As you probably know, when a woman gives birth, her emotions and hormones are all over the place. It takes time for the women's body to get back to normal, after such a monumental task.
If you find that your anxiety seems unrelenting in the next few days or so, you may want to contact your doctor, so he can advise you. You have alot on your plate right now. Taking care of a newborn is a full-time task. Make sure that you are resting when the baby sleeps, as sleep deprivation can also cause you to be very edgy.
You are not alone. Alot of mother's can tell you that they have experienced the same thing. Including this mother. Please keep us updated on how you are feeling. There are many people here to listen.
All the Best,
Heather
