anxiety or what...?

Okay so 2 weeks ago I had this full blown panic attack and when I went to the er they found blood clots in my lungs. I was in the hospital for a day. Anyway, a few days after my panic attack I was just dizzy and could barely see. Now I feel like I'm high. All of the time. It's scary and I can barely take care of my baby. Time feels so slow and it feels like if I blink I'll be somewhere different. Idk how to explain it. It's just scary and I wanna feel better.

Symptoms of a Pulmonary Embolism
Symptoms of a pulmonary embolism depend on the size of the clot and the location in your lung where it becomes lodged.

The most common symptom of a pulmonary embolism is shortness of breath. This may be gradual or sudden. If you experience sudden shortness of breath, you should seek medical attention immediately.

Other symptoms of a pulmonary embolism include:

anxiety
clammy or bluish skin
coughing
chest pain that may extend into your arm, jaw, neck, and shoulder
fainting
irregular heartbeat
lightheadedness
rapid breathing
rapid heartbeat
restlessness
spitting up blood
weak pulse
If you notice one or more of these symptoms, especially shortness of breath, you should get checked again.

Hi, yes these can be not only scary but also terrifying. Short of seeing a doctor for some treatment when you feel it coming on just be strong and think of positive things and it will pass. Its mind over matter. Be in control of your mind.
