By u staying inside ur house. . Ur making it wrost & worst. One of the first steps u can do. Is breathe exercise. . Then try to walk around the block.. once a day.. then when u feel safe.. go longer walks.. once that is done. Go to a supermarket just buy a chocolate or something small. Or don't buy anything just go walk around then leave.. u can practice that twice a week. U need to train ur mind that u are fine. And nothing will happen to u. While doing those task. Breathe.. count in ur mind 12345678910 breathe again n again. . Breathing helps get oxygen to ur brain. N helps u stay calm. Try doing this steps. Little as u know u be back on ur feets. U be able to control ur self. . I was in ur shoes. TRust me. Don't let depression get to u. N do something abt it. :)
Yes its making me feel unwanted and just feel like crap and when i go out in publiv im a nervous wreck but in my home is were i can only feel in myself :( i want my life back now and were this is getting me down i dont go out of my house
Noooooo don't think that way.. u letting ur emotions get to u. By that meaning ur getting depressed by not finding a solution. . Ur arguments come from ur frustration by not be able to be there for ur wife.. I know is hard to get out from ur house. By thinking that u will get a panic attack. Why because u feel safe being at home. Get help.. therapy. Please. Ur only making ur life difficult because ur trying to find a solution with no help. Is all in ur head.. train ur mind. THERE IS HELP.. THERE IS HOPE. . blessings ♡ ♡ and ur worth more than u can think of.. is the depression n frustration making u feel unwanted. .

How often are you having the panic attacks? If you must wait awhile to get meds from a Dr there are some natural things you can try.
