Not really. Sometimes I do what I call a double breath. Basically I feel like I am not getting a deep enough breath. I have spoken to my doctor about it many times, and she assures me it is just anxiety. I really hate the feeling though, and it usually ends up sending me into more of a panic.
I guess for me it takes time... But still till today I deal with breathing issues ... Do
You ever get out of breath?
What do you find works best for you to get rid of it? I try deep breathing, but sometimes it almost feels like I need an inhaler to open my chest (I do not have asthma).
