do i have anxiety?

Im a 15 year old girl and i think i have anxiety/stress. I ahev prboblems at home (sister has anorexia), and at school (GCSE and friends etc.) about 6 months ago i had very painful cramps and after months of different medicines and blood tests they finally assumed it was ibs, but they thought it could be down to anxiety as it got worse when i was nervous or under stress. whenever something happens, or i get 'over excited' i start trembling for minutes at a time, when soemthing happens to do with my sister i often tremble for about half an hour. my eye has recently been 'twitching' and on a previous question someone informed me its most likely down to stress. i often get headaches and the room spins (usually about 3 times a day. ) ive been having very bad mood swings like just by my mum leaving the door open, or my tshirt sitting weirdly i get really annoyed and need to cry, i feel like im bursting. if this is anxiety could you tell me as its starting to affect my everyday life and i hate it, thanks in advance
and if i do, do i need to go to the doctors/need medicine?

Hi. This could very well be anxiety and/or depression.  You need to see a psychiatrist for an evaluation and treatment options. Talk to your mom about this so you can get the help you need.  We hear from a lot of teens struggling, so know you're not alone with this, and we are always here for you.  There is help for this, and you will get your life back, the happy one that's eluding you right now.  Don't wait on this, the sooner you seek help the better.  Don't let the word "psychiatrist" scare you, it's just that this is their specialty and they can determine what treatment is best for you.  You're going to be fine.  I wish you all the best and take care.

Sometimes as parents we find it difficult to accept that our child is having issues.  It's basically denial on our part.  But talk to them again, or even better put it all in a letter to them.  When we have to read the words we hear more. You just have to make them realize how bad you are feeling, don't let it go on!  If the letter doesn't get them to take you seriously, get your school counselor involved.  They will contact your parents and this will make them realize how desperate you were to get help.  They love you and just need to realize that this is real and you need help with it.  I'm always here if you want to talk or just vent, and keep me posted. Stay strong.
