Thank you so much, yea I get sleep, and yes I have the fan on all night while I sleep I can't sleep without it. Um headaches yea I get them right in the front on the side. And no I don't were contacts or have any allergies so it must be what you mentioned about the fan or headaches. Again thanks for answering

Your eye issue is probably not directly anxiety related...however everyone's body reacts differently to anxiety. I have been suffering from anxiety and panic disorder for years and I have never had any issues with my eyes. Do you wear contacts? Do you sleep with a fan near your bed? Are you getting any sleep? (because often times with anxiety sleep is hard to come by) Do you have any allergies? Does your anxiety cause you to get heachaches? This could cause eye irritation. It's not totally impossible for your eyes to be acting this way because of anxiety, but my guess is that it is not a direct result of your anxiety issues.
