I only hope YOUR "to do" list isn't as long as mine!
Good luck!

Thanks.. i will add this in 'TODO' list of mine
Then I go back to my original suggestion of seeing a urologist to rule out an organic reason for the premature ejaculation. If there is nothing physically wrong, then it's time to look at your anxiety issues with a therapist.

what i meant by "erection does not go away" is -i don't have erectile dysfunction .. just premature ejaculation because of anxiety. i tried inderal 40 mg on prescription of a physician. but it didn't work.. rather i got ejaculation even more earlier than before (after trying inderal 40mg)
There are a number of reasons you could be experiencing premature ejaculation. "Performance anxiety" could be one of them, but there are also medical reasons for this to be happening. I suggest you see a urologist, especially when you say that your erection "does not go away." Depending on how long you mean by that, any erection that last longer than four hours is considered a medical emergency.
Please, see a doctor.
