I'm sorry you're going through this.
2013 was absolutely one of the hardest I've had, and did contribute to my transition from occasional to chronic/daily anxiety.
Our body is a strong, but delicate system crafted so beautifully. If something becomes out of balance, it can gradually or suddenly impact our systems. Anxiety can definitely cause imbalance which could present in physiological symptoms: GI distress, headaches, chest pain, weakness, lethargy/fatigue, tremors, and more.
It's great that you're in therapy - seeking help is huge and so brave of you! You're taking care of your mental and emotional health. Maybe your body just needs some TLC, too. Make sure you're eating good nutrition: protein/carb combos are great. Add in a fave fruit/veggie. Try taking a good probiotic. Add in a multi-vitamin. Drink plenty of water. If you're not exercising, try just a good walk around the block to get some fresh air and some blood moving. These are small, baby steps that might reap huge benefits for you.
I'm praying 2014 is a better year for all of us anxiety sufferers.
