is this a normal side effect of citalopram?

Hiya guys, me again with a another quick question!, also just to keep people filled in that have replying to me i finally took action and went up to A n E/Casualty last night (aka ER) to get myself looked over about my chest, they did ECG and looked me over and found nothing wrong with the ol' heart...so, thats one thing ruled out!

On the other hand, i'm just a little jittery about this weird sickness i've been getting, its occured about 4 times. when i've slept either be a proper night or when i've dropped off during the day..

.i wake up feeling very dizzy, a sudden chill n coldness goes right through my arms and body even though it isnt cold in the room and feeling as though i'll pass out...i end up throwing up...but it isnt proper throwing up its just wretching quite hard, clear bile and mucusy looking, and then it settles, what gives?
