Hey Kevin, For me personally looking up symptoms online makes my anxiety a lot worse. because "Dr. Google" tends to show the very most unlikely worse case senario. People with anxiety see this and freak out! Anyways my best advice to you when you are having anxiety is to try to remember that your MRI was PERFECT! If something was wrong the MRI would have shown so.

You could try taking Melatonin (SP?) to help you sleep.  You can pick this up at just about any local store. I'm no doctor, but it helps me out!

well, feeling like you needed to drink after you smoked the pot is VERY COMMON. term is known as cotton mouth.  When some people smoke weed they well freak out..  I would be willing to bet your blood pressure was high because you were having anxiety. I'm willing to guess an attack to since you wanted to go to the hospital.  Anxiety attacks cause your blood pressure to go up in some cases A LOT. You had an MRI and it came back good. THATS GREAT... Anxiety and stress can CONTROL YOUR LIFE.  Idk if you are on medication, maybe you should talk to your doctor about this?  Also, anytime anxiety starts to kick in tell yourself. I had an MRI and it was FINE! an MRI would show something wrong.  I have also felt weird. like my in my brain where I didn't feel like i was really here after prolonged stress/anxiety.  You'll get through this.
