Well, to be honest i tried alternative therapy and homeopathy, which didn't work too well for me, but it may work well for another. The doctor may be able to prescribe you something alot more gentle or something to ease the withdrawal.  In my case it did get worse and went on for months, as soon as my child was born i went straight back on them.  I would have a chat to a doc.  Hope you feel better soon!  and congratulation on the little one, good-luck and hope he/she brings you nothing but joy, hope and love.

so how did you deal with the withdrawal symptoms.  i was taking 20mg seroxat as well i was wrong before and also 0.25mg nalion at night with 1 (10mg)  Tranxene as well at night. i was making a transition from nalion to tranxene cause tranxene is easier to stop.  but after felling pregnant i stopped all of them at once.  and now im experiencing nausea and drowsiness after 3 days of stopping. and have very vivid dreams but not nightmares.how long does it take to go away? is it going to get worse?is there anything than can ease the symptoms?

Hiya, well erm woman have gone through the entire pregnancy on Seroxat/paroxatine and have had healthy babies, personally myself i came off when i feel pregnant, 20mg daily for 7 yrs and yes i had severe withdrawal.  Severe shaking, head shocks, anxiety and deep depression but saying this i was on it a long time and double the dose of yours.  Everyone reacts differently but personally going cold turkey isn't a good idea, the general rule is to tapper down slowly.  If you do suffer bad withdrawal you may have to ask your doc to give you the Paroxatine again to tapper down to stop or ease the withdrawal..... as to whether you will get it, im sorry to say only over the next couple of days will you know... but i'm guessing yes.
