Well, I went to the Doctor.

I had a doctor's appointment yesterday mostly for my Type 2 Diabetes.  But,  while I was there,  I told her everything I had been experiencing the past 4 days.  The constant pressure under the ribs and in the gut,  the rapid heart rate and the palpitations.  I told her I was concerned about my heart.  I also told her I had it thoroughly checked out about 2 years ago.  She listened to my heart and said that it was tic tocking just fine.  My BP was also 112 over 70 something.  I thought it would of been higher with all the stress and anxiety I've been feeling the past few days!  Now,  I can find a bit of comfort in the fact that my heart is okay.  She also said to me that the pressure and everything is just bad gas and reflux.

=)

Whew!  But,  I did have another question.  I KNOW anxiety can makes parts and one whole side of your body go numb.  What I wanted to know though,  is if you have bad allergy/sinus issues,  can that attribute to the numbness and tingling I feel mostly on the ride side of my body?  I feel it in my face,  head and arm mostly.  And,  sometimes my leg.  The bout is brought on also,  if I am sitting funny.  Like putting pressure on that arm and leg,  then that WHOLE side goes numb,  even that side of my head.

No,  I was so focused and frightened about my heart I forgot to mention the tinglies I have been having..lol.  I do have Type 2 Diabetes though and I know that and anxiety can make you tingle.  Thing of it is though,  I have bad sinus issues and I think it is brought on my air pollutants like dust and pollen.  So,  I was wondering if allergies and sinuses could make your face tingle.  I feel it in my arm sometimes too.  Then it moves beneath my chin and in to the other cheek.

Great is sounds like things are better!
Some of the symptoms you mention seem like neurological problems.  They can be anxiety or even symptoms of diabetes!!
Did you discus them with your doctor?
