Everyone can react differently to a antidepressant withdrawal.
-brain zaps
-depression
-anxiety
-panic attacks
-agitation
-irritability
-mood swings
-changes in blood pressure/heart rate
-muscle tensions
-aches and pains
I could name some other too but you get the picture that you should slowly tapper the medication to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms and do it on the supervision of a physician. The symptoms and the severity of those is relative to your brain chemistry and how long you've been on the drug. Zoloft is not linked with a lot of severe withdrawals like Paxil or Effexor. Good news for you.
