they keep putting it off as anxiety/depression

So I have been starting in dec 09 of last year. Before that I was completely fine and never had any major health issues, I was carefree and thought I had it all in my hands.
Not the case. I have been so sick for the past months since that I can barley do anything. I did have a terrible break up with my boyfriend of six years. I went through a lot with this as well... I got robbed while I was home alone. This is why they say I have severe anxiety/depression.
BUT I just don't feel normal. I have been very depressed before in the past when me and my ex split for a few weeks and thought I'd die. But never did it make me sick this way.
I have insane symptoms that don't make any sense what so ever. I did find out through blood work i have arthritis at 19! which is crazy! I was prescribed xanax/klonopin for six months and the only thing that came out of that was a terrible addiction/withdraw issue. Which I have been off of these pills for four months now.
Now its to the point of i take a simple Tylenol my heart will feel as if its barley beating, i get extremely weak and have to lay down till it goes away ( a few hours.)
Its like my symptoms switch every other day. One day its these intense pressure/pain in my head that is bothering me the worst. Others its my heart and i'm constantly checking my pulse because my heart feels its always beating strangely. I have chest pains, I have a hard time breathing almost every single day. Sometimes I have to gasp for air. they did a chest x-ray to find i had acute bronchitis that was two months ago. My breathing wasn't so bad then. I took 3 days out of 5 of my z-pack and quit b/c my heart was getting so weak feeling from taking them. I did test positive for mono as well twice, and then again twice i was negative for it. Each time I was getting a positive result for mono a week later they said I didn't have it. A month later they said I did and a day later they said I did not. WTF
I had 5 ekg's, a halter monitor, and two echo grams done all came back fairly normal. They said I have an irregular heartbeat and a few pvc's hear and there. They said they seen on the halter that my heart beats fast a lot but they blame it all on anxiety.
The thing is I have nothing to be anxious about just doing simple things. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
I am also scared the pain in my head could be something bad like a tumor, clot, etc. B ut I had a normal ct scan. They wanted me to get an mri but anxiety took over and i freaked out inside of the machine so i couldn't go through with it.
I just don't know what to do from here. I feel like my life has been taken over and I don't know if i'll ever get it back i am only 19 years old. I weight 160 and am 5'6 (yeah i have put on 20 pounds in the past four months :( )
I NEED HELP...

a few other things that concern me. I had all three gardasil shots last year which killed some girls and caused some serious health issues for around 700,000 girls. I am really scared that this could be what it is. But then again I was fine up until six months ago.
Somebody help.. is it possible for this to all be anxiety/depression?
Am I losing my mind.. whats wrong with me!

Yeah, it definitely sounds like you have anxiety, and you can definitely get better from it! I had anxiety even worse than what you described when I was 21 and I got better from it! Though I am facing another life crisis! And it sounds like you have enough to cause you all your anxiety symptoms and depression. When we are introduced to anxiety we can't imagine that it is being caused by our mind, especially when we feel we have nothing serious enough to be causing such physical symptoms. And it sounds like you have a few physical conditions which probably makes you wonder what other physical condition you have that is causing all of your debilitating symptoms, but I can assure you that anxiety can do this to you, and that I am sure it is anxiety. Head pressure, pain, and heart problems, and weakness.. clasic anxiety symptoms, I've had them all! But your other actual real physical problems you were diagnosed with may be contributing, but not significantly. Once you address your anxiety, and improve your life, your actual physical symptoms won't be a big deal!! You can read my life story if you would like! I thought I was dying and losing my mind. This is something that can be fixed, continue asking questions and seeking support. Here is a great place for that!  Ash

ps- you seem smart and rational, you can get over this.

Yes it is quite possible this is all due to anxiety/depression and your symptoms sound like it.
The best thing for you right now is to try and see a psychiatrist.  There should be mental heath clinics where you are that can help you...try calling your library for their locations.
Anxiety and depression are serious illnesses and not to be taken likely.  If you read the posts here you can find dozens of people going thru the exact same thing as you are.  They frequently begin at your age and are almost always triggered by stressful events.  We tend to blame it on the event but it;s really our body's ability to cope with these events, or it's inability would be better a better description.
There are many effective treatments and you should do whatever you can to seek out the help that you need.  Things can and will improve. Don't be afraid to seek help.
