Internal tremor - shaking inside ?

I have had a shaky feeling on the inside for about 3 months now.  It started off as every now and then but for the last month it is all the time 24/7.  It is really taking a toll on my life.  It is so bad it wakes me up and prevents me from falling asleep. I have had thyroid, hormones, mri, ct scan and many other tests.  The only test that came back questionable was my ANA, it is positive, speckled pattern.  My RA factor was negative.  I have no diagnosis as of yet.  I do have Epstein Barr virus too.  Just want to hear peoples opinions on this internal tremor thing.  Anyone have it and what is your diagnosis?  Thank you

I have had internal shaking off an on for almost twenty years.  Your body most likely shakes during the day also you just can't feel it.  I have also had many other symptoms (panic, nausea, dizziness, confusion, external shaking, tremors, numbness).  I have been diagnosed with an overactive mesencephanlon (mid brain) and dysautonomia (malfunctioning autonomic nervous system).  Working with a Brain Center to try to help symptoms. I also take Magnesium and Multi Minerals.  Klonopin is the only relief I get.  Internal Shaking is called Achestesia.  It took me 19 years for a diagnosis so I am still working on feeling better.  Not sure if it will ever happen.  Good luck to all.

I don't think it is your Thyroid.  Only because I had my Thyroid removed over 40 years ago. And I started having tremors & nerve problems on June 6, 2012.  Since then I only have them at night, every night.  I wake up several times with vibrations & internal tremors.  Sometimes even limb numbness & tingling.  I'm in a lot of pain most of the time.   Been to all the Doctors & Specialists.  Taken several different Meds, but no cure. I have to be very careful with the Meds prescribed, because I have Kidney Disease. I have Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease.  Stage 3 Kidney Failure, High Blood Pressure. My BP is under control, with Meds.   I'm about to give up.  Doctors can't give me any answers.  I just had my second EEG in 1 year.  Sleep Study,  MRI of my Brain, Cervical, Thoracic, & Lumbar Spine.  It's not Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, Restless Leg Syndrome, well on & on.  But what is it?  I had every blood test you can think of.  No results.  Oh and I had steroidal injections in my neck & face w/physical therapy after.  I'm on Gabapentin for nerves, HB meds, Alprazolam just to cope.  I'm sick of all the side effects of the drugs.  I'm about to get rid of all of them.  I hope someone can help.  I have 6 grown children & 24 grandkids.  I want to be around many years to come.  I'm on 67.  And I'm a young 67.  Bless all of you who are suffering, please give me some hope...Thank You All
