Internal tremor - shaking inside ?

I have had a shaky feeling on the inside for about 3 months now.  It started off as every now and then but for the last month it is all the time 24/7.  It is really taking a toll on my life.  It is so bad it wakes me up and prevents me from falling asleep. I have had thyroid, hormones, mri, ct scan and many other tests.  The only test that came back questionable was my ANA, it is positive, speckled pattern.  My RA factor was negative.  I have no diagnosis as of yet.  I do have Epstein Barr virus too.  Just want to hear peoples opinions on this internal tremor thing.  Anyone have it and what is your diagnosis?  Thank you

I too suffered from these vibrations, nightly, over about a 6 month period.  Numerous visits to ER, Cardiologist, general prac., Gastro, therapist, etc..... and every test in the book done - all with normal results.  I'm certain they all thought I was making it up!  During this time I was also suffering from severe anxiety (didn't know it at the time).  The vibrations were causing the anxiety, among other issues, and the anxiety was causing the vibrations... a vicious circle.  I found the book by Claire Weekes called Hope and Help for your Nerves and it was a life changer... literally!  I highly recommend it.  The mind and body are a powerful thing.  Our body reacts to every tiny little thought in a variety of ways... this book helped me put it all into perspective!

We both found the same solution! It's the only Med ever to stop it.

My internal "shakes" would eventually move to the outward body. At first I feared Diabetes,  like many in my family both sides. Turns out I have the opposite of that. I don't remember which one...Hypoglycemic. Doc diagnosis. That was many yrs ago. Food never stopped it, no matter when I ate.
I take a Klonopin & poof its gone! When mine happens I get confused & agitated.
As for the toxic metal, everyone needs to rid themselves of it. Use GREEN CLAY. It will help many things people, pets etc. Used internally & on skin.
H. Simplex my dad was under attack nearly all his life. He wasn't the type to tell things...but when that painful HS attacked,  we knew it. He died before I could introduce him to Green Clay.
I used it on my parakeet he was dying & I made a small mixture n put inside his beak. That bird didn't fight me either. An hour later he was flying all over my apartment - this is a true story!
Do u take anything like the Med klonopin?
I have that happen often but like I said I take small dose Klonopin & no more vibrations for a while.
I wish a solution for u. I couldn't handle it too long I would run screaming lol. Not really funny.

I have many of  the symptoms you all have.  I have had fibromyalgia for the last 40 years, since I was 17 or so.....  I also have PTSD from a very difficult childhood.  I do have disk issues on my neck and spine.  My symptoms have gotten worse, lately, though....  I just had an allergic reaction to antibiotics and I am hoping that I will improve soon as I am taking natural allergy meds and probiotics.  I feel weak in the knees as well and somewhat dizzy still, although my ear infection seems to have improved...  I feel better knowing I am not alone....

I have all these same symptoms.  I had a car wreck in the early 90s.  Affected my neck.  I have three torn discs.  Scar tissue might be pressing on spinal cord now, after all these years.  Thanks for writing this.  I'm looking for answers, too.

Yeah its weird... I really think weightlifting had something to do with it.
My tremors dont really travel anywhere else in my body, they just stay in the back.
And as I type this it hurts my back to keep it up straight, walking can be a challenge too. I have pain alll over my back.
Can I hear your story? What did you experience?
