Weight gain, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, low libido, mood swings, and nausea, are all side effects. It's an important tool to fight cancer though so if you are thinking of not taking it please talk to your doctor and make a joint informed decision. There is alot of hype about what foods are good and bad for cancer, there's alot of debate and everyone you ask will tell a different story. Certainly asparagus is good to eat, vegetables are good for you.

You might not experience all of the them, but weight gain is one of them.
Eating a well balanced diet with lots of vegetables, fruit etc..and avoiding as much fat as possible can be helpful, not only in fighting cancer, but also many other diseases.
Please read, the "cancer -fighting diet" on the right side of this page, under "today's pulse"
I hope this help.
Best wishes...
