this happens to females too....just perhaps not as common, PLEASE take Lily to a Vet immediately!!!!!

feeding dry kibble is the highest cause of this, but can be other causes as well.....talk to your Vet, but DON'T EVER FEED DRY FOOD to a cat esp. one that has urinary tract issues/crystals....no matter what, and alot of Vets will recommend their prescription diets..thse are high priced and NO good. just buy regular canned foods, preferably without grains...transition slowly.
