haha! I find that to me amusing - I have been kind of interested in aquatics for a while - not that I'll be able to do it for a while - what all does it entail?
My scale hit 109 lbs! woohoo! XD That means I have lost approximately (my scale was broken..so Im not sure what my original weight was haha) 25 lbs since the end of august, and approx 10-15lbs the year before that!!!
I hope it stays that way since I am now so inactive...I've got about 10-20 lbs more to loose to be at a healthy weight for my height, frame, age, BMI, activity level and bone mass! Im getting very close, just hope it stays...
Note: Yes, I should be somewhere between 90-100 lbs...I am extremely petite....extremely. This is not a obsession with loosing weight or a need to be a size 0. I am just small - in fact people often nick name me things such as "little one" "small" "shrimp" and fun sized"
Thanks I'm happy that you are warning me :)
I went to aqua therapy yrs ago for atrophied muscles in my right leg, and it is really fun, only thing is the first time u go to get out u feel like u can not lift ur legs bcuz of the heat of the water...it is an odd feeling and u do adjust to it, but that is one of my memories I will not forget and no one warned me ahead of time it would happen...so be warned....lol...
Starting septembre they will be giving aquatic for elders at our local health center. I spoke with the administrator and she said that even if I'm only in my thirty's I'll be ok to join :)
May I ask what type of routine u have at the gym?
And have u been checked for a thyroid issue....many with chiari do have it., and it can affect weight gain and loss issues.
im going to the gym every day, watching what i eat and holding steady at 203 lbs
