I am almost 8 weeks preg now and have been feeling stuffy and my throat hurts, normally when i get sick like this it is followed by a fever at what temp do i need to start worrying about the baby and see a doctor since normally i just suffer through it with rest and fluids

You should always err on the side of giving your ob/gyn a call if you're unsure.  If you're ok-ed to take ibuprofen or tylenol, you should take those to keep your temp down and yourself more comfortable.  For me (never been pregnant), a fever of over 100 while taking ibuprofen or tylenol or a fever that keeps coming back over 3 or 4 days would have me in to see the doctor.

Don't worry in this time everyone feel weak. Eat healthy food and take rest.

Try not to worry as the body as a way of regulating temp. even though you are feeling yuk. Baby should be fine!! Drink lots of fluids especially water, squash or unsugared herbal tea and rest
