Bumps on elbow

I've had small white bumps on my right elbow for quite some time. They itch sometimes. Not really bothersome. I've noticed lately that they seem to be multiplying, not really itching any more though.

This could be dry skin, eczema, or the start of psoriasis.

We'll assume dry skin for now.
Try showering instead of bathing...water is actually bad for skin...drinking it helps the skin though, so drink lots.
Apply moisturizers ( calamine if you have to ) and give your elbow as much air as possible.
