Every morning when I wake up, my lower lip is often dry upto the point where my two lips meet when I close my mouth. My upper lip is never dry. But then, when I wash my lower lip with water, then scrub sing a cloth, a translucent layer peals of in bits. I am not sure if this is normal but all this started a few months after having sexual relations with this woman who had a similar issue with her lip. However, she had sores on her lower lip mostly. Does anyone know what this could be? Could this be lip cancer or STI?
