HELP PLEASE!!

Ok im freaking out. About two weeks ago I shaved around the base of my penis in the shower. Dry shaved, just hot water and with an old razor. I got some razor burn from it naturally. Well that night I had sex with a girl ive known for a while. We had sex multiple times that night and when she put lube on my penis it burned and I had to go wash it off. (on the razor burn) a day or two afterwards it was itchy and raw. I had noticed a small clustery bunch of water blisters. All on the razor burn. well from itching it, it created a lesion and has just now almost cleared up. Although I found more little water blisters that had red inflamed base this morning and popped them. (didn't hurt and went away immediately including inflammation) the water blisters have me terrified it could be herpes. I went and got a full STD check and a pcr blood test which everything came back neg. I didn't get a culture test. I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis which I take Remicade and I know that lowers your immune system. Could this be contact dermatitis or another irritation or infection? I also talked to the girl and she said she was checked and clean in febuary and hasn't had sex with anyone else but me since then.

Thank you. I went to my dermatologist and she thinks it could be staph. She took a culture and tested for all the above. Staph, std, and other bacterial infections. Results take 21 days

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to folliculitis after shaving. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton clothes. Application of mild corticosteroid cream prescribed by your doctor and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.  Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful on the bump. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Yes, I think it's all from the razor burn and rubbing irritation.  Use antibiotic cream or try clear 100% aloe vera.

And the new little blisters were in the same area. They didn't spread or found anywhere else. Possibly from new hair growing in and rubbing the already irritated skin?

Id like to clarify the itch was initial and after it became raw it no longer itched and was just a little sore. I used Neosporin here and there to help it heal
