Red Blotch on Hand

Less than a week ago, a red blotch appeared on my left hand- about the size of 1/4 of my palm. At the same time, a small red blotch appeared on the middle knuckle of my right hand. They haven't spread or changed size. The only changes I have seen are small blisters that appeared the first day on my left hand in the bottom portion of the blotch. They appeared when I got the rash wet but have since dried up leaving a dry spot on the larger blotch. No more blisters have appeared. The blotch is mostly the same color- a pinkish red, with the bottom portion that is dry being a little darker. No other symptoms have been noticed. Any ideas as to what this could be? It almost looks like a burn, but since I haven't been burned, I ruled that one out. Any help is appreciated.

I've got something really similar. It's just a red blotch on my palm, pinkie side. About half the height of my palm and 1/3 the width, but circular. It's reddish - looks exactly like a burn. It gets more obvious if I have a hot shower, but I think that's just because my hands get paler in the shower. The size hasn't changed and it's been there for almost a month.
