Redness and Bumps

For years I've had small bumps on my arms and back. The bumps are like little pimples and are rough and dry. My face has general redness over the nose and cheeks (I look like I have constant sunburn). A friend thinks I may have rosacea. The symptoms I experience have not bothered me. There's no pain, itchiness, etc. But I'm wondering if there's need to worry?

My Mother has the sam problem
It Sounds Alot like rosacea. you shouldnt worry. its just a very unfortunate, at times uncomfortable redness over the cheeks and nose. Sunscreen would irratate it
Try Netrogina face washes or proactive.
Even YAZ the birth controll pill. Stops The Redness Or mild pimples on the back
