I had over 150 skin tags on my neck removed in March and now they are growing back, is there anything I can do to stop these things from growing.   Also I have dark brown moles all over my body and they too are growing worse, I have seen a dermatologist who said there is nothing that can be done other than keep having them removed. He said no one has done research on either problem Please I need help this is a growing problem.....

Thank you for your answer.  Unfortunately when I went to Dermatoglist he didn't seem concerned about the moles.  That is why I went, that and tags. I'm hoping someone starts researching the cause and effect this has on someone who has them.  Again Thank You for your concern.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Skin tag is a benign condition and you do not have to worry about it. These tiny skin growths generally cause no symptoms unless they are repeatedly irritated. The commonest area where they occur are armpits, groins, neckfolds etc. Treatment options include removing with scissors, freezing (using liquid nitrogen), and burning (using medical electric cautery at the physician's office). You should consult a dermatologist to find out which treatment is the best one for you.
Regarding the increase in size of moles, then this needs to be evaluated because any change in  color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
