First, thank you so much for all your informative posts! I have just recently started having this crazy itchy arm problem & like everyone else, have tried everything! Not sure what triggered it a few months back but I can honestly say, it's the worst problem I've had in my 59 years (& I've had many
Coconut oil didn't help me at all, unfortunately
Hi it's Susan I have had BRP for years on and off then a few months ago I got Shingles and the BRP flared up too.
Does anyone know if it is related ?
I have BRP down my Rt arm and Shingles more to the left side midline tummy and around to back.
Just recently through Internet research found out that I have BRP. I feel mine is caused by sun exposure as I do a lot of walking , gardening and outdoor activities. I've suffered for 15 years. I found a solar protective arm sleeve by Nike in the golfing section and so far so good. Better than sunscreen. I am a woman and might look a little ridiculous at an outdoor party in my solar sleeve but my fellow sufferers know the lengths we will go to to prevent that insane itching! I'm just glad to have a diagnosis because I used to think it was an allergy.
Every time I work over head my forearms itch terrible . Ice works the best bot the problem is caused by looking up causing nerve compression in the C5 region . Everyone needs to pay attention to the activates that might be causing your problem. And I still wish I knew the ingredient in the old planet spa from Avon ( that they don't make anymore) because we would all stop itching .
