Hi huni, i have stage 4 endo. I had surgery to release my right ovary and bowel but they couldnt remove the endo because most of it is on the underside of my womb. My hubby has motility issues too and we were told we would never conceive naturally however 4 months after my surgery i discovered i was pregnant. Sadly we miscarried at 10 weeks but after 4 years ttc we did prove everyone wrong by having a natural pregnancy so never lose hope.

I have stage 2 endo.  I had to have laparoscopy surgery to remove it.  I also had an HSG to check my tubes, they were clear.

It took 4 rounds of injections/clomid to get me pregnant, not what I was hoping for, but it worked.  So yes you can get pregnant while having endo.... but for me it required surgery and drugs to achieve the final result, being honest. I'm 37wks pregnant now, and waiting for our lil one to arrive.
