Can you change doctors and get a second opinion? Even if they are little they could be blood filled and if there are multiple it could be PCOS have you been tested for that?

I had cervix ultrasound few months ago and the doctor didn´t see anything wrong, she did see little cyst on my ovaries but nothing to have worries about.

So it could be adeno. Usually after the age of 30 or having children is usually when this comes on however it could be Endo as well. You could have had it and not known it but after having children it can get really bad.

Did I ask if you have an an ultrasound lately? If not I would do that as soon as possible. Make sure you ask for a copy of all your paperwork.

Yes I had twins 3 years ago, it all started to be more aggressive about a year after I had birth.

Not going to lie or sugar coat it. Endo is not a fun disease to deal with. I did read up on adenomyosis and 30 is around the age not 35 I just wanted to clarify that as I wasn't sure .

Have you had any children?

I´m only 29 so I doubt that and also I feel like I have many other symptoms that affect my daily life wich doesn´t fit with adenomyosis. But also I hope that whatever is making me sick it will be something easy to handle, after reading this forum I´m scared for what to come if I have endometiosis.

It def sounds like Endo if not adenomyosis have you read up on that before? Some of the symptoms are similar but with Endo it usually starts earlier on adenomyosis usually comes on after 35 yrs old but could be earlier as well

Haven´t been diagnosed with endo but is going to have a laparoscopic surgery this fall. I have heavy, painful bleeding, so much pain that I cant stand and just laying down waiting for painkillers to kick in to give me some pain relief. But never fully painfree over my period. Fatigue, headache, dizziness, cramps, bloating, loss of appetite, nausea, pelvic pain, leg cramps. The resault of all this lead to trouble consentrating.
I have never taken so many painkiller pills. After I had birth it started and it is only progressing. I take 1 paratabs 500mg and 1 ibuprofen 400mg almost every 3-4 hours over my worst time (4-5 days) and for 3-10 days I take painkiller every day once or twice over the day, but still aren´t pain free but can tolerate the pain.

I see what you are saying. Yes what you could have is referred pain from Endo as well. I would get numbing and throbbing pain in my knee, still do after all of these years. It could be endo on the nerves or its pressing on an area in your pelvic region and the pain is in your leg.

Have you been diagnosed with Endo? What are your symptoms other than this?

Ok in the US that is referred to as leg cramps. It's normal to have leg cramps before and during your period it is due to low iron , calcium and or magnesium. I would recommend taking a multivitamin and increasing your intake of calcium. If you still have pain you should take an over the counter pain reliever such as ibuprofen. Aleve, etc. of the pain still persists then you probably need to see a doctor to get your iron checked.

its a pain in the leg, feels like the pain comes from the bone, all down to my toes from my hip.  It is very similar to the pain you get when getting a flu. I dont have full strength in my legs because of the pain.
