what is the cure of enlarged anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium
hi, got a menstrual period but it never stop for almost 2 weeks & xperiencing pain.. got an ultra sound (pelvic), shows the anteverted uterus is enlarged in size measuring 9.56 x 6.63 x 6.37 cms. Endometrium is thickened to 1.69 cms. There is no focal lesion seen. There is no evedence of intrauterine gestatioanl sac of more than 4-5 soner weeks. There is no abnormal cut de sac fluid. Both adnexae are unremarkable.... IMPRESSION : Enlarged anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium ...
What shall i do im to worried,,, how to cure this one...wat can be the cause if not been back to normal
