Thanks!!! yea once i was told i might have an endometrioma I started buying the hormone free meat (but of course when we do go out, which isn't much I still gotta eat!) but also been tyring to cut back on wheat, sounds like there are a lot of studies that say cutting back or out wheat is huge for endo!   so we are experienmenting with rice pasta and cookies with different types of flour - shopped in the gluten free section of the store the other day ! it will take some getting used to, but if it helps us get that bfp then i'm willing to do just about anything! anyone tried the wheat thing?

I'm just now trying the foods without BGH, and let me tell you, it's not cheap!  I went to the organic food store yesterday, came out with 5 small bags of groceries and it was over $75...my husband about had a heart attck!  He got over it though, he says if it will help my pain it's all worth it.  We have about 30 acres of land...we're considering raising our own beef and poultry, that way we'll know that they're hormone free.
