endo and urinary system

I had my endo removed in March 2011 (1.5 years ago) aside from some that was growing over my left ureter.  I wasn't having many symptoms again until now.  I had a 15 days long period just recently, and have still been dealing with urinary frequency and urgency, which was thought to be from my hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction.  Within the past couple weeks, I have started to experience on and off flank/middle back pain on the left side.  I can't figure out what is causing this.  These pains are dull but can really increase and hurt quite a bit sometimes.

I'm trying to decide if I should worry about my urinary symptoms or consider the possibility that the flank/back pain could have anything to do with it... I've had one UTI and a couple urine samples showed a pretty high amount of white blood cells within recent months.  I've tried to keep a lookout for blood in urine, but I guess I don't have any since I haven't noticed anything extreme. Sometimes I think that my urine is too dark for how much water I drink (all I ever drink is water and plain green tea), but by no means is it red or brown, just dark, and often particles are in it.

I don't want to be worrying over nothing, but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar and could give me any advice.  Thanks!

I have been thoroughly checked for IC and I don't have it.  I have been having consistant particles and cloudiness in my urine recently and have been feeling sick, so I did call the dr. and they had me go leave a urine sample, so we will see what happens...

It could be possible that you have interstitial cystitis.

Here is some information.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001508/

I too have the same symptoms but it was removed off my ureters. I had a cystocopy (SP?) done and there was no inflammation in the bladder so he said that I didnt have it. I emailed a website I cant remember what it was called but it had to do with  interstitial cystitis and I asked them if you can have that without the inflammation inside the bladder and he said yes. I also might have scar tissue causing issues. I will soon find out when I go for my next surgery.  interstitial cystitis and Endo go hand in hand.

I have never had a UTI but whenever I take a urine sample it always and I mean always shows elevated white blood cells. They never find anything else
