Hi i am currently waiting to have a internal scan but while waiting i am very nervous and worried about the symptoms i have been getting for a while now just wanted to get some opinions to help me find out if endometriosis is what ive got.

my symptoms are:

really heavy periods alot of clots pass through me, and get really bad cramps..painkillers dont seem to ease the pain

constipation and diarrhoea

Painful intercourse

painful when opening my bowels during my period

puss and blood coming from my belly button a week before i am due on my period it then goes once my period is finished

get alot of urine infections

always really tired during the day even if i have had a good nights sleep.

really painful lower back pains around the time i am due on my period which seems to worsen when i am actually bleeding.

these are what i am experiencing its running me down and i just needs some answers.

What you have explained sure does sound like Endo. The scan will most likely not show anything and they will sum it up to IBS which most women are diagnosed with.

It is possible you have Endo effecting the rectovaginal, bowel and bladder area. You really need to see an endo specialist. With all your symptoms that you are describing it doesn't sound like it will be easy and you do not want  a regular gyno as they are not educated in this disease.
