Fatigue from Endo?

Does anyone else get extreme fatigue from endo?  I have days when I have a lot of energy, and then days when I am so exhausted I can't hardly function.  It happens even if I am not having pain.  I have had all kinds of tests and bloodwork done and nothing is ever found except for the endometriosis and allergies.  This is seriously affecting my quality of life!

I have the same problem.  I feel like I can't move some days.  My blood work is normal also.  I am thinking of getting a referral to a rheumatologist to test for fibromyalgia.  I hear that is very common in endo patients.  Maybe that will help.  The fatigue is so bothersome...I live my life wondering where people get the energy to function.  I can only dream of doing the things in a day that normal people do.  I am so tired!!of it!!.  I have been trying to eat no meat and see if that helps!  We will see.

Hi I also have endo and I'm pretty darn fatigued all the time too. Some days I'm Ok, but for the most part I'm so lethargic. I don't know if its from the endo or not but I've had my thyroid checked and other blood work done too and everything comes back normal so who knows. :)
