Pain questions...

I recently started having (along with all my usual random pains) these sharp stabbing pains kind of through my crotch/vagina (what I would explain as the birth canal area). It got so bad today my bladder started to act up as well,  from my bladder down the urethra and it feels like a burning pain as well (which I get a lot). Does anyone have similar issues or know what would set this off?

You go girl!  Insist on an answer, remember, pain is never normal.  For some of us it's become a way of life but it's still not normal.  I made the mistake of trying to use a tampon at bedtime a couple of months ago, I laid there about 20 minutes and had to rethink that situation...right back to the diapers...LOL

I've been checked for a uti and it's always neg., I wish it was that easy!! I've always been able to use tampons until about 6 months ago. I wondered what was going on. Everytime I did, I couldn't put it in all the way with out it hurting soo bad, but I HATE pads as well and feel like they're diapers, then when I would get one in, taking it out was just as bad and it caused a thousand times more cramps than with out one in!!! I see my dr. this wednesday and hope I get some answers, otherwise I'm not leaving until I do or she says we need to fix this or that haha!!

I have pain in that area from time to time as well, really annoying, isn't it?  Makes me wonder if the endo has gotten down that far or something, but I've never asked my doctor about it...maybe I should.  You should probably get checked for a UTI anyway, that sounds like similar symptoms.  Couldn't hurt though.  Here's another thing, mine has gotten so bad lately that I can't even bear the thought of using a tampon during my period...at least not until about the last day.  It's horrible, I'm almost 35 years old and I have to go around feeling like I have to wear a diaper...there's no sense in this.  Do you have that problem too, or is it just me?
