Could this be endo, polyps or ??

I have been having a period every 10 days for the last three months. Lasting from a total of between 11-13 days. With this i feel fatigue, pains sometimes in lower back, pelvis, abdomen, feel down, nausea and brain fog. I've been experiencing a whole range of symptoms for the last two years including nausea, pain with sex, abdominal and pelvis pain, brain fog, internal pain that feels like it could be the bowel, pain when I go to the toilet sometimes to the point I see spots. I used to get really bad periods from about 14. Have been on contraception since then to sort it. A few years ago i switched from the pill to the implanon rod. Putting up with symptoms for a year , my gyno said it could be causing issues, so i had it removed. Now on the depo shot i am still having problems with my body.Symptoms have not gone away. I feel like **** pretty much all the time. Having periods every 10 days is not helping.

What you have described does sound like endo and here is why.

1) Your symptoms of irregular bleeding, Nausea, pain, pain with sex, bowel pain

2) you were put on a contraceptive from a young age and were on it the entire time and it suppressed the pain. This is a very common thing to happen which doctors don't put two and two together and that is why there were times where people didn't realize how young someone can be with endo because usually it causes more trips to the doctors after coming off it during the teen years.

I think you should look into seeing an Endo specialist. That would be the best route to go in my opinion. At least you can tell them what you told me here and they will see that you have a lot of textbook symptoms that are worth looking into.

Forgot to say previously on my post that I've been on the depo now for at least 9months . My body should have adjusted.

Having Endometriosis can change the way your cycle is even if you are the depo and for that length of time.
