TTC with Severe Endo

Hi all. Has anyone conceived with severe endometriosis?? I had a laparoscopy done 2 weeks ago to confirm that I have severe endo. It was so bad that didn't remove any (everywhere including my bowels). I have been TTC for a little over three years. He recommended IVF but I'm having a hard time grasping the idea of that working (how could the embryos implant if I have so much scar tissue). Has anyone gotten pregnant with severe endo and if so, what method? I've seen a lot about going on an anti inflammatory diet to help and have began changing my eating. Just want to know what else I can do to conceive. Thank you in advance.

If you call the CEC and tell them you don't have insurance they may be able to help you out. You have to register first. Here is the link.

Yes here is a link for the article I wrote last year for hormones matter. I had migraines from the time I was 14 but started with chronic headaches at 10.

Another question are migraines common with endo? I get horrible migraines at least 4 times a month. I know zofran. Can cause headaches  so wondering if it's from that or endo.
