It makes sense to go with a low estrogen dose since you want to supress the estrogen levels in your body to control the growth of the endo. It's been so long since I was on bc pills I can't even remember what I took, but I do remember that it helped my pain. One thing to consider is that if you think you may want to TTC in a year you may be best served not even starting the pills since it's recommended that you are off of them for about 6 months before trying. Ask your doctor to be sure but that's what mine told me.
They say that the best ones are the ones with low estrogen in them, but i have been told that they cause endo as well, so i am not sure., I am on marvelon21 and its seems to help in some way but i also havent tried to have a baby in the last 5 yrs so i dont know.
