anyone have a similar issue?

i have been off my hormone pills for a year now and my cycles were normal but i am still having painful cramps, painful bowel movement, painful intercourse, and painful urination also nausea. my cycles continued be normal until i was a week late on my period. and then i was four days late and the pain was unbearable i had to go to the ER. because i passed some fleshy tissue with heavy bleeding. i thought i was having a miscarriage. turns out from my ER visit i wasn't pregnant and that was just me shedding the lining of my uterus. now i am a whole month late! and i am sick. its seems that every time i am late on my period my immune system shuts down and i get sick. has this happened to anyone with endometriosis? its freaking me out and the pain is horrible and the mood swings i can't handle it.

i've been on so many hormones ticked. i've been on the normal bcp, to the depo provera shot, to orthotrycoline, to seasonnque and northinedrone a low dose of it and provera a high dose and nothing has helped. synthetic hormones isn't for me. i guess me telling you that didn't re gesture through. thats ok. it happens.

Some people respond differently to hormones and it might just mean that you need to try another hormone to try to stop the pain.

i came off of my continuous bcp  because i was dealing with some serious side effects even though it was helping the pelvic pain. i was having really bad headaches, rashes on my face, and back pain. and i would get really depressed. i was at the time taking norethindrone for 8 months and the side affects kept getting worse. i couldn't function. so i told my obgyn about that and she insisted it wasn't the hormones. so she put me on a higher dose of something else. i had to take 10mg provera tablets. and i didn't have the headaches, back pain or rashes. but two months into taking it. the nausea was intense. so i tried taking it with food. and the nausea was not going away and i couldn't function at school or work. so i stopped taking it completely. i just took three pregnancy tests yesterday. clearblue. and the all three said negative. and im am still not bleeding..

I seemed to do well on the continuous BCP but when I came off it I was so sick, my hormones were all over the place I was depressed and the pain was bad. In 8 yrs I only came off it three times and not off it more than 2.

What made you decide to come off it? What hormone were you on?
