After partial Histerectomy what can cause severe groin pain?

I had off and on for the last past 4 years pain in my groin on the right side.  but yesterday my groin pain came back and today I can't walk I am in so much pain.  My whole groin are hurts.  It reminds  me when I was full term of pregnancy.  What can cause this symptom?  Doctors can find anything.  I am going crazy, it hurts like hell.  Any information is welcome.  Thanks

How are you doing now?

Groin pain after hysterectomy cam be the result of problems with the nerves in the area: ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, genitofemoral. Check with a chronic pain specialist, preferably one who knows something about groin pain.
