Get add back therapy. It is minuscule amounts of norethindrone and progesterone.

My doctor (a great reproductive endocrinologist) refuses to give lupron without add back he said it is the equivalent of torture not to offer add back.

good luck,

There is a hormone you can take to offset it, your GYNO should know what its called. For the life of me I cant remember.

Have you already had the surgery?
