weird fluttering feeling

Have any of you who have adeno or endo experienced a fluttering in your abdomen like there a butterfly that flutters it's wings. It in reminiscent of the a baby giving a little kick in the womb. just wondering it's just weird.

Question for Valerie.. I have never heard of the reconstruction surgery? I'd love to hear more about that! I have over 50 fibriod tumors and endo but am holding off the hysterectomy because I'm only 25 and I want kids really really bad!!

My pain is also all the time. It is just always around during the time I would have my period. I just dont menstruate due to Mirena. I think doctors suck. I go to University of Va hospital, and because it it a teaching school, there are a lot of young, inexperienced doctors. I am seeing and endocrinologist next week, so I hope he will be my final answer!!

Sunshine, yes have your doc look at adeno as well as endo, most docs don't know enough about it (adeno that is).  Thank you for responding if it weren't for you and Nina I'd of thought I was just plain crazy.  People who are not dealing with this issue have no clue what we deal with.  I am getting fed up but I really do not want surgery. I using progesterone cream to treat the adeno but I want a 3rd opinion so I know whether I just have adeno or both endo and adeno. I can tell you this, the pain used to be around my periods, now it seems to be all of the time, the cramping that is. I don't want to continue in pain, but I don't want the surgery, they say it will get better with menopause and I am maybe 6 years away from that.

OMG! I have been figthing a battle trying to find the cause of my pain. I think it is endo but the doctor wont look into it/ I told her I get flutters in my stomach like I was when I was pregnant, and she looked at me crazy! I am going to re mention this. I totally think it could be this. I have had pain for over 6 months. SO severe I lost my job.

Really... What are you doing for your endo and adeno?  Real quick want to apologize for my typos above. Sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain when I type and I don't notice until after I post. Anyhow would love to know what you are **** for treatment. I have opted to stay away from the hysterectomy. I am an appt today to get the progesterone pill and discuss the options with my GP, just to get her feedback on a procedure that a surgeon does in California. They basically reconstruct the uterus. Rid you of the adeno, endo and fibroids and save the uterus. The only downside is the cost and the recovery. But I am going to put if off for as long as I can tolerate the pain....
