im a 22 yr old male and ever since i was 16 going on 17, i have had problems with my penis. i dont really know were to start as i have notice so many changes and have so many questions... but it is nearly impossible for me to get an erection without a really strong 'herbal viagra'. (which i am worried about taking regularly) and even when it is i can physically see differences in my penis and feel them; the top of my penis feels really hard and is tight, i cant  pinch or even move any skin, even if its not fully erected. the spongy part underneath is very tight and flat, it hardly comes all the way out, skin is tight and it never stands up.. another difference is on the inside, running to like the anal, through the balls if you know what i mean, it is very tight and feels like there is wrinkly lumpy kind of layers rapped around it - whilst erected this doesnt get bigger like it use to, it gets really tight and hard.. while not erected the penis always feels tight and i have to push from the part were my balls are to push urine out. if i tense my penis, rather then the urine shooting out, it stops completly and gives me a pain in like my side underneath my stomach, this is the same for wen im erected if i tense my penis it goes down nearly instantly, i have no sensitivity in parts of my penis i used to,(the hole head and tip of it) even after ejaculation. i dont feel the sensation while ejaculating either. i remember when my penis first felt different and it was a couple days after a very embarrasing thing happend to me, i stayed at a friends and previous to that i hadnt ejaculated for around 3 weeks. we had girls staying around and i had an erection for a while but didnt get too physical with the girl. anyway whilst sleeping i was lying on my front and i had a wet dream, as i woke from it, i had so much pleasure in it that after i had ejaculated out of my sleep i ejaculated again but my penis was against the ground/carpet floor with me on top and it wasnt erected. it felt as if there was alot of siemen i needed to push out manually but i didnt move in order for anyone not to notice. i then fell bak asleep and wen i woke up, i felt a difference in my penis but didnt pay much noticed. the next few days i realised i couldnt feel my penis properly and was not getting morning erections.. i havent had an erection in the morning since and its been 6 - 7 yrs. around the same time i noticed lots of fluid type substace around my testicles, somedays bigger more then the other, i looked this up and realised it could be blood leaked (i think its called venecole) i always wanted to ask if it could some how be siemen stuck somewere??? i say this because like my urine i have to physically squeeze and push siemen out after ejaculation and a couple times i have at the same time pushed in my stomach and have managed to squeeze out siemen, but as it came out the tip i could pull it like rubber and feel it coming through the penis. i first went to the doctors when i was 17 after my girlfriend encouraged me to. however the doctor almost laughed whilst i was explaining and said im ok. he them prescribed me to viagra and it didnt work, although it helped me to urinate. i went to see another doctor and he said the blood that should be entering my penis is going into my ball bags. they sent me to a hospital and they said thats not possible, they gave me tests were they put a camera through the tip of my penis, that was clear, then i had a scan, they said that was fine etc. only ever once has someone from the hospital felt the parts i feel the physical change in and it was a lady, unfortunatley she just looked really puzzled. from that i kind of gave up in any hope it would ever get sorted. it has broken up the only long term relationship i have ever had and now i have met someone else but i dont want things to get the same. im wondering if there is any point goin to see a specialist?? or is this it for me. there isnt a minute in the day which goes past without me thinking about it. i feel myself slipping into depression.. i could explain in more detail but ive probably gone on way too much! thanks if you have taken the time to read this.... also after having a viagra, whilst having sex most of the time it feels as if blood cant get into the penis and is easily pushed out.. :S

No competent doctor should be giving an 18 year young viagra. Go to google ,type in Urologist in "           "  the major cith close to your home, maybe the capital city of your state .
Or call the best known hospital and ask for the best urologist on staff or that they recommend.  Have him check for EVERYTHING , cysts,tumor , growths,  nerve damage , prostate. He'll know what to do . STOP TAKING VIAGRA , it is only masking what is really going on . GET TO THE SPECIALIST----NOW!!!!!!!!!!
