Fleck or spot in vision

Hello, I'm really embarrassed to ask so much questions, but there has been another change in my vision, and that is in my good eye, ok, not so good, because it has lattice degeneration and small atrophic holes that wew sealed with laser.

Today I noticed some kind of spot, when I looked to the far left with my eye, and make a move with my head, and when I looked tensely with my eye, the spot was even more visible, it's round, and medium sized, when I'm looking normal without any tens, I can't see it, but if I look with more tense to the side, and lover my head to the shoulder, I can see it, and it's more visible....

Could this be because I strengthen my eye too much today, or can it be because of eye pressure... I'm loosing my mind, I called docor today, but they were too busy with surgery's or with patients.

Please help

Robert

Use the search feature and archives and read about "floaters" and "posterior vitreous detachment".

Thanks Doc for the answer, today I went to the retina specialist and surgeon, unfortunately he had lots of operation today so he couldn't check my eye, but he will in tuesday, next week.
Well It could be large floater, because when I looked at the sky today and moved my eye to the right, I could see some jelly looking floater, a bigger one... could this be because I had flashes in that area, and viterous detached? there were retinal holes and laser was used to seal them? And It is one of those floaters that are visible only on good light, and if I look at blue sky. Are they dangerous as black floaters?

Increased pressure does not usually cause that kind of problem. The most common cause would be another floater of different size and shape. Do get in to see your ophthalmologist.
